Galerra employs third-party analytics services, including Microsoft Clarity, to collect and analyze aggregated user behavior data for the purpose of improving service quality, functionality, and user experience. The analytics platform may collect the following categories of data:

• Session replay data and interaction heatmaps (de-identified and anonymized)
• Page navigation metrics, interaction events, and click-stream data
• Device identifiers, browser specifications, and technical configuration data

Such data collection is performed solely for analytical purposes to enhance platform performance and resolve technical deficiencies. Users retain the right to decline analytics tracking through the cookie consent mechanism provided upon initial site access, or by configuring browser-level cookie preferences to block third-party analytics cookies.

To optimize content delivery performance and reduce latency for global users, uploaded image content is distributed through a Content Distribution Network (CDN) infrastructure. Users acknowledge and understand that:

• Uploaded content is replicated across geographically distributed edge servers maintained by third-party CDN providers
• Cached copies of content may persist on CDN infrastructure for a reasonable period following deletion from the user's account, pending cache invalidation cycles
• Standard cache purge procedures typically complete within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours following content deletion

Users requiring expedited removal of cached content from CDN infrastructure may submit a request to our support team at info@galerra.art. Galerra will make commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with CDN service providers to accelerate cache invalidation procedures upon receipt of such requests.
